Do I Have To Pay Customs or Duty Charges?

If you reject the package because you’re unwilling to pay the fees, we will not provide any form of refund or compensation for the inconvenience. We will have to legally take on the fees of the rejected package, and then customs will destroy or return the package. We ask that our international customers become familiar with their country’s duties and taxes policies, so that we can achieve the best delivery experience.
Duties and taxes vary between countries. They mostly depend on where the package is coming and what’s inside it. You (or the recipient of the products, if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Before placing an order, it’s your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect your goods. If your order gets stuck in customs, the recipient needs to contact their local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Pakshwe cannot do this on your behalf.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

You will be notified with an email once your order has been shipped. Each order should have an associated tracking number (or more if your order is shipped separately).
Pakshwe is unable to control delivery speed of the carrier. Different countries have different delivery time.

When Will I Get My Money Back?
