Pakshwe stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a replacement or refund. All our products have warranty. You just have to write to us for support.
Return Policy
If you receive a package which is damaged during transit then please do not accept it. You can return the same and contact us asking for another piece.
To return the product for any other reason, please follow below process:
- Submit Your Return Request within 30 days of delivery. Please explain the reason you want to return the product, along with photos, as necessary.
- Once we are satisfied with the return reason, we will issue RMA (Return Material Authorization) letter to you. No returns will be accepted without proper RMA from us.
- As soon as you receive the RMA, please ship the product in its original packaging including the accessories, invoice and documents. The return address will be mentioned in RMA. You are responsible for shipping charges for return of the product.
- We would inspect the product upon receipt, and communicate to you our decision to process full/partial refund as per the specific condition of return. We will issue 100% refund in case of damaged, defective items, or items sent by error.
Unacceptable Return
- Any product has been more than 30 days since items were delivered to you.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage due to excessive rough use or mis-use.
- Any product that is returned without all the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Any product without a validr, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

Cancellation Policy
Pakshwe like to help our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel the order you’ve placed for whatever reason, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier. In such a case you will be refunded the entire amount.
If unfortunately you fail to do so within 24 hours and the product has already been shipped, then we accept cancellations only in case of defectives. Submit Your Order Cancellation Request Now.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be made within 1-2 working days from the date of cancellation of order or from the date of receipt of your returned product.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to purchase the order.
- Typically, you can expect your payment provider to credit you for your refund within 15 business days. If you are having trouble locating your refund, we recommend contacting your payment provider for further assistance.
