Guaranteed Protection Period

Our return policy is valid for 90 days after receipt of your merchandise, your item must be clean, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original box.

Please DO NOT mail any returns to us until you have submitted your request using the return form and have received a reply approving your return.

Non-returnable items:
  • An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
  • Items are as described, but you no longer want them (unless we offers Easy Returns).
  • An artificial damage item
  • Clearance items – clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased through resale shops or other non-retail vendors.
  • Gift Card.
Non-cancellable and non-returnable items

Custom orders and other build-to-order products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
All custom orders are guaranteed to be free of defect in workmanship or components,but are not guaranteed for fit of purpose to the application.
In cases where the customer has provided a configuration we do guarantee that the construction of the product matches the customer-provided specification.
Products deemed defective will be replaced or repaired at our sole discretion.
custom orders that were ordered incorrectly may be returned for rework at a charge, please realize that the turnaround of these items is subject to our production schedule, and expedite fees may be necessary to provide immediate repair or replacement.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty product we will repair the product at no extra charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or provide you with a replacement product if a repair is not available (subject to stock and availability). If we do not have a replacement product available, a full refund will be given (minus any delivery or shipping costs).

Incorrect Items

If an incorrect product is shipped to you, we will replace with the correct product once the incorrect product has been returned to us (subject to stock and availability). If no replacement is available, a full refund will be provided (minus any delivery or shipping costs).

Lost Items

If you do not receive your product, please contact us within 90 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the delivery of your item and provide a replacement if necessary (subject to stock and availability).


If you receive a faulty or incorrect product you must contact us within 90 calendar days of dispatch to arrange for return and replacement. For lost items, we must be contacted within 90 days of the expected delivery date.

Please return the product in the original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration shipped with the Product. Also include your proof of purchase receipt and/or provide your order number and returns reference number. Please note, you must contact us before returning any Products.
